Forttier Core brings the essential parts of daily service management into one structured system. It is designed for independent professionals and smaller service businesses that need reliable operational control without unnecessary software layers.
The plan provides a dedicated Forttier environment for managing appointments, client information, service capacity and prepaid sessions.
Additional capacity and specialised Forttier Add-ons can be added without replacing the underlying system.
Billing note: Forttier Extensions and Custom Modules are billed separately from the selected base plan. Recurring module fees apply for as long as the capability remains active. Configuration, implementation and approved Custom Work may also require a separate one-time fee.
Operational note: Forttier Extensions provide standardised capabilities maintained within the Forttier platform. Custom Work covers approved client-specific configuration, workflows, integrations and modules. It does not include unlimited development, unrestricted revisions, unsupported third-party modifications or work outside the agreed scope.
Custom Work note: Every request is subject to technical review, defined scope and written approval. Client-specific modules may require both an implementation fee and an ongoing monthly fee covering compatibility, controlled deployment and continued maintenance. Changes outside the approved scope are assessed separately.

Core includes up to three active native form templates. Advanced forms, records automation and extended form governance are available through the Advanced Forms & Records extension.
They are available through the Retention Suite extension. They are not included in the standard Core plan, however, you can add them as Add-on
