Included in every plan

• Initial campaign creation and configuration using the access, offer, targeting inputs, landing pages, and creative assets supplied by the client.
• Budget optimization within the plan's aggregate monthly ad-budget limit.
• Daily automated monitoring of spend, delivery, campaign status, disapprovals, and material performance changes.
• Two scheduled system-led optimization cycles per active campaign each month for routine bid, budget, targeting, placement, and delivery adjustments.
• Automated rule-based actions when configured thresholds identify a material delivery or budget issue.
• Performance tracking and monthly reporting through the shared dashboard included with every plan.
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, or a combined Google Ads + Meta Ads setup.

Plans and first payment

Renewals: the Activation & Onboarding fee is charged only with the first payment. The next and subsequent automatic monthly renewals contain only the monthly subscription shown above.

How the plan is determined: campaign and ad-budget limits are measured in aggregate across all connected clients, websites, and ad accounts. The higher applicable tier determines the plan. The number of client organizations or websites is not limited separately.

Activation & Onboarding

The one-time fee covers the standardized work required to make the service operational.

Not included

• Meetings, live calls, or screen sharing.
• Advertising-account recovery.
• Repeated troubleshooting of incorrect permissions or access attempts.
• Business Manager ownership disputes or account-ownership remediation.
• Training on how to use Google Ads, Meta Ads, or their account interfaces.
• Custom research, bespoke strategy, or manual campaign restructuring.

We provide clear access instructions and complete one standard asynchronous verification cycle. If the client requires personal guidance, live assistance, repeated access troubleshooting, or recovery work, that work moves to Expert Attention after the client approves the additional engagement.

What “monitoring” means

Monitoring is primarily automated and system-led. The service does not mean that a person watches the advertising accounts continuously, and it is not a 24/7 emergency-response or on-demand optimization service. The dashboard remains available between scheduled cycles, while routine optimization work follows the cadence stated above.

Client inputs required

The client supplies working advertising-account access, approved offers and business information, target locations or audiences, usable creative assets, and functioning landing-page URLs. Missing or delayed inputs pause the affected campaign without extending the plan limits.

Service boundary

The subscription does not include consulting, live meetings, operational calls, custom business research, strategy workshops, dedicated human availability, urgent or on-demand interventions, creative production, landing-page development, or analytics implementation. Advertising spend paid to Google or Meta is separate and is not included in the subscription price. Advertising results cannot be guaranteed because delivery is controlled by the advertising platforms and market conditions. Personalized expert attention is offered separately.

All plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Only the monthly subscription renews; Activation & Onboarding is not charged again.
